Welcome to the SJ/TPJ Archives.  Through 08.20.08 the columns archived here originally appeared on The Political Junkies.net.  Since 09.21.08 the columns archived here have appeared on TPJmagazine.us.  As is well known to my regular readers, my primary focus is that of TPJmagazine: the Preservation and Promotion of US Constitutional Democracy.  Thus, with a few excursions here and there, during the Georgite Period I dealt with: US Presidential politics, the ongoing Georgite threat to Constitutional Democracy, the history of the German Nazi Period and comparisons with the US experience under the Georgites, the War on Iraq, US Christian Fundamentalism and its threats to US Constitutional Democracy, Gay Rights under the Constitution, the potential for a Second US Civil War, and similar topics.  In the new Obama Period I will hopefully be able to take a more positive tack, but I will still for the most part be focusing on issues of Constitutional Democracy and their variants. Thank you for checking in to this space.
